Sharsheret, a national non-profit organization, improves the lives of Jewish women and families living with or at increased genetic risk for breast or ovarian cancer through personalized support and saves lives through educational outreach.

Sharsheret’s B’nai Mitzvah program provides meaningful ways for B’nai Mitzvah to include a chesed component in their celebrations as they reach this important milestone in their lives.
Sharsheret works with B’nai Mitzvah celebrants to develop a project that meets their specific interest and needs.
B’nai Mitzvah have coordinated Shabbat awareness programs in their communities, hosted bake sales in support of Sharsheret, organized toy collections for Sharsheret’s Busy Box® program, coordinated Pink and Teal Challah Bakes, and so much more.

We tailor every project based on individual interests and are always open to new ideas!
